These terms govern your use of the Grimpe website at grimpe.ai and the Grimpe app at app.grimpe.ai (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Gökmen Çağlar, Türkiye ("Grimpe", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.
The Service
Grimpe measures how visible a brand is in the answers of AI engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. It scans pages, simulates and tracks AI answers, suggests and writes content changes, and, if you connect Google Analytics, shows which AI engines send visitors to your pages. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us right away at support@grimpe.ai if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- The Service is for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 16 to use it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- track, scan or rewrite content you have no right to work with, or use the Service to break any law;
- try to get into accounts, workspaces or systems that are not yours, or probe the Service for weaknesses without our written permission;
- overload the Service, get around its usage limits, or resell it without our agreement;
- copy the Service or use it to build a competing product.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content and data you bring to Grimpe, including your pages, prompts, drafts and Google Analytics data. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the Service to you. Content that Grimpe writes for you is yours to use. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Service works with third-party services such as Google Analytics and AI engines. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. AI engines change their answers often and on their own schedule, so results measured by Grimpe can differ from what you see later, and we cannot promise any ranking, citation or traffic outcome.
Plans and payment
Paid plans, their limits and their prices are those agreed with you when you subscribe. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, fees are charged in advance and are not refundable for the current billing period. We will tell you before we change the price of your plan.
Our rights
The Service, including its software, design and the Grimpe name and logo, belongs to us. These terms do not give you any right to them other than to use the Service.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service, and we will give you notice when we reasonably can. After your account ends, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its results will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts there, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to court where you live.
